We offer a wide selection of villas, farmhouses, apartments, cottages and hotels throughout the hill towns of Tuscany and Umbria. Not only in the vine-clad hills of the Chianti, but also in Lunigiana, unexplored northern Tuscany, the rolling hills and cipress trees of the Sienese 'Crete area', and the rugged valleys of the Vald'Orcia.
Lunigiana - the undiscovered part of Tuscany
- We offer a wide selection of villas, houses, apartments, cottages and hotels amidst beautiful countryside in the unexplored region of Tuscany known as Lunigiana, with its crystal clear river pools for bathing and inexpensive dining out. In the heart of ancient, rural Italy, yet within reach of cities like Florence, Pisa and Lucca. Half an hour from the winter ski slopes, half an hour from the summer beaches.
Florence and Siena - villas and apartments
- We have a wonderful collection of villas, farmouses and apartments, most with swimming pools, set in the beautiful Chianti and Sienese countryside. They are near small, attractive villages and within easy reach of Siena and Florence. The Chianti, Le Crete, Montalcino and Vald'Orcia regions are all very distinctive. And each has its secrets to reveal - the picturesque villages of Gaiole in Chianti and San Sano, the towers of San Gimignano, the beautiful town of Pienza, the wineshop cellars of Montalcino, the hot springs of Bagno Vignoni.
We also have apartments in the heart of medieval Siena and Florence. Combine this with a cheap flight into Pisa and you have the ideal short break out of season.
Umbria and Assisi
- Visiting Umbria is a voyage of discovery, wandering through the many and varied hilltowns each one with its own piece of history. We even have some superb, frescoed apartments in Assisi itself. We have a few selected villas and apartments in Umbria - from the classic hillscapes in the area around Perugia to the green hills on the Tuscan border above Lake Trasimeno.
Beaches
- For those who would like to spend some of their holiday by the sea, we can arrange hotels in Lerici, Camaiore and on Elba. We have wonderful nw apartments right on the beach in the Tuscan resort of Follonica.
Walking
- You can take advantage of the wonderful Italian landscape on one of our walking holidays around the Cinque Terre, or just explore other areas of Tuscany and Liguria yourself on foot.
Spa Holidays
- This year we have a selection of wellness packages at hotels and self-catering apartments in set deep in the Tuscan and Umbrian hills.
