‘Passage of the Condor’, a voyage of over 5000 miles will take us the length of the Humboldt Current, with its nutrient rich waters which provide for some of the world’s greatest concentrations of whales, seals, dolphins and birds. We will journey from the astounding beauty of southern Chile’s mountains, lakes and fjords, along the coast of a continent which has no equal in terms of the sheer diversity of its wildlife and scenery.
With our zodiacs we will land on beaches crowded with sea lions and navigate waters abundant with dolphins. We will visit the amazing Lauca National Park, fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines, explore the ruins of Chan Chan, the largest adobe city in the world, walk in the tropical dry forests of Ecuador's Machalilla National Park, relax, swim or snorkel on the tropical Islas de las Perlas and as a fitting end for such a remarkable voyage, navigate the Panama Canal.
